According to official notices on September 1, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) and the US International Trade Commission (USITC) initiated the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review investigation on imports of steel nails from the UAE, to determine whether revocation of the existing AD order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
The deadline for interested parties’ responses is October 3, 2022, and comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed with the USITC by November 14, 2022.
